Policies
At Ghenta Dental Group, we’re committed to creating a caring, positive experience—built on respect for your time, clear communication, and high-quality clinical care. The policies below help us manage expectations and keep our schedule running smoothly so we can serve every patient well.
Cancellation Policy
We reserve appointment times specifically for you and ask that you provide at least two (2) business days’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.
- Late cancellations (less than 2 business days’ notice) and missed appointments will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee.
- This fee helps cover clinical time reserved exclusively for you and supports our ability to maintain timely care for all patients.
Emergencies & Special Circumstances
We understand that true emergencies and unforeseen situations occur. In these cases, please contact us as soon as possible—we may waive the fee at our discretion for genuine emergencies, sudden illness, family crises, or other unavoidable circumstances.
We simply ask that you help us maintain our scheduling integrity by providing advance notice whenever possible. This courtesy allows us to serve you and all our patients better.
Financial Policy
Payment is expected at the time services are provided. Our fees reflect the quality of care we deliver, the time we spend with you, and the technology and materials used in your treatment.
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
- We also offer flexible financing options through a third-party provider for qualified patients.
- We will always review your recommended treatment plan and associated fees before treatment begins.
- Returned checks are subject to a $25 processing fee.
- If an unpaid balance is placed with a third-party collection agency, you agree to pay a collection fee of 25% of the outstanding balance, which will be added to the amount due.
Dental Insurance Policy
We are happy to help you make the most of your dental benefits. While insurance is a contract between you and your carrier, our team will:
- Verify your coverage when possible
- Provide a good-faith estimate of your portion
- Submit claims and supporting documentation as required
We will do our best to estimate out-of-pocket costs that are due at the time of service. Any remaining balance not covered by insurance is the patient’s responsibility.
