Raised in a small town in Ontario, Canada, Dr. Amro began his academic path studying Neuroscience as part of his pre-doctoral training. He was drawn to dentistry for its rare combination of science, engineering, and artistry. After entering a wax-carving competition and placing first, he realized he had found a field where detail, craftsmanship, and hands-on skill truly matter. He went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from Boston University.

Dr. Amro incorporates leading-edge digital tools to improve accuracy, efficiency, and patient comfort. He has used robotics and GPS-guided navigation to place dental implants, and leverages 3D milling and printing to design cosmetic smiles, craft crowns and veneers, and create surgical guides for highly predictable implant placement. His clinical interests include cosmetic smile makeovers, surgical extractions and bone grafting, implant placement and restorations, and comprehensive treatment planning. At Ghenta Dental Group, he helped implement the workflow for same-day crowns and was an early adopter of AI-assisted dental tools—technology that is increasingly shaping how care is diagnosed, planned, and delivered.
